With over four decades of experience in private tax practice, Pat's journey has been marked by continuous expansion and professional growth. In 1982, she broadened her services by obtaining a California Insurance Agent license, enabling her to provide a range of products such as life, disability, health, and long-term care insurance. Pat furthered her expertise by passing a FINRA exam in 1983, becoming a General Securities Representative.
In 1985, she achieved Enrolled Agent status after successfully completing the corresponding exam and receiving her Certificate of Enrollment from the Internal Revenue Service. Adding to her repertoire, Pat expanded her California insurance licensing in 1987 to include the offering of variable annuities. In 1987, she completed her education at UCSD Extension, University of California San Diego, earning a Professional Designation in Personal Financial Planning.
Between 1996 and 2002, Pat served as a Quality Assurance Analyst during the non-tax season for a major tax software developer in San Diego. Notably, she holds memberships in FINRA, SIPC, and is an SEC Registered Investment Adviser.
As the dedicated owner of the office, Pat has passionately steered the ship, but she's now embracing a well-deserved shift towards a slower pace, gracefully passing the reins to her daughter Angela. Affectionately referred to as the "Queen of Hearts," Pat's legacy of commitment and expertise continues to shape the office's ethos.
Away from the financial realm, Pat dedicates her time to painting watercolors, with her creations adorning our office.
A San Diego resident for over six decades, Pat proudly calls East County home. She cherishes her role as a mother to two daughters, Ann and Angela, and takes joy in being a grandmother to three amazing grandsons.
